INFORMATIVE LEGAL NOTICE FOR ONLINE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

MONTERO TRADUCCIONES, S.L (hereinafter, MONTERO TRADUCCIONES), with registered office at calle de las Eras, 44, Brunete 28690 (Madrid), and Tax Code no. B83571448, is Procedure Controller in relation to the data related to the résumé that you have sent us.

By virtue of the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, of 27 April (hereinafter, GDPR), MONTERO TRADUCCIONES informs you that the personal data provided shall be processed for the sole purpose of being part of the staff selection process, job notice board and hiring processes that are carried out by the entity.

The principle of lawfulness that governs the present processing is based on your consent, in which case we request consent for processing your data according to the purpose described above.

Personal data provided shall be processed in a manner that is lawful, fair, transparent, appropriate, pertinent, limited, exact and updated, and it shall be retained during a period of 12 months. After said period, the definitive removal of any data found in the databases and files under the responsibility of MONTERO TRADUCCIONES shall take place, except in the case that you once again give us express consent to continue to retain your duly updated data.

This data shall not be disclosed, nor shall it be object of international data transfers.

In any case, in accordance with the rights provided to you by the aforementioned regulation, you shall have the rights of access, modification, limitation of processing, elimination, portability and opposition and not being object of automated individual decisions based on the creation of profiles, by communicating this to MONTERO TRADUCCIONES, at the address indicated above, or by e-mail to lopd@39896150.servicio-online.net, attaching a copy of your National ID card or passport. Likewise, you are informed that you may seek protection from the Spanish Data Protection Agency to address claims regarding the exercise of your rights.
