Gema Romero joined Montero Language Services in January 2024 as head of production, thereby consolidating her career path which boasts 23 years of experience in translation and localization. Gema holds a degree in English Language, Translation and Interpretation, and has taken on several roles within the language services sector, including as a translator, project manager, national and international public procurement manager and as part of the quality assurance team for translation and localization companies.

By combining comprehensive language skills and wide-ranging professional experience, Gema brings to the table a global customer service perspective and outstanding technical skills, allowing her to effectively lead the production department. Gema is committed to providing efficient and individualised customer service, whilst continually improving our automated management systems, thus guaranteeing efficiency and excellence in the workplace.
