Gema Pinilla joined Montero Language Services in 2015 as a figure editor and transcriber. Her skills and attitude to work made her the perfect person to spearhead the company\u2019s adaptation to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in 2018, ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy protection. At the same time, she also took on the role of Quality Manager, overseeing Montero Language Services\u2019 certification in quality management systems. In 2024, she moved into the new company role of Head of HR Management, with the aim of promoting the effective management of human talent. From the very beginning, Gema has proposed and promoted initiatives that foster the physical and mental well-being of the team. This has significantly contributed to the positive and productive work environment that characterises the Montero Team. Throughout her career, she has shown herself to be adaptable, an excellent leader and committed to excellence, acquiring skills that have been a driving force behind the company\u2019s success and continued growth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
